Terms of Product Rental

1. Monthly Rental Fee

   • The product is available for rent with a monthly fee.
   • Minimum rental period: 12 months.
   • The monthly fee includes the rental cost and all related charges.
     
     

2. Initial Payment and Deposit

   • To start the rental, a deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent and the first month’s rental fee must be paid upon contract signing.
     
     

3. Contract

   • A rental contract is required.
   • The contract specifies the rental conditions, monthly fee, rental period, and potential purchase options at the end of the lease.
   • All rental terms and fees must be approved in writing.
     
     

4. Lease Extension and Early Termination

   • The rental period (minimum 12 months) can be extended upon the lessee’s request.
   • Early termination is possible by paying all remaining monthly fees for the full term.
     
     

5. Purchase Option at the End of the Rental Period

   • At the end of the lease, the lessee has the option to purchase the product.
     
     

6. Termination and Return

   • If the lessee wishes to terminate the lease early, prior notice is required.
   • The product must be returned to the provider, or the lessee must arrange for its removal for the contract to be considered terminated.
   • If the rental is canceled before the agreed period ends, the deposit is non-refundable.
     
     

7. Delivery and Installation

   • Delivery and installation details are included in the contract and will be arranged according to the lessee’s requirements.
